Beautiful skin: 10 tips for healthy skin  

We all dream of having flawless skin. But this one does not come without sacrifices, unless you have kept your baby complexion in adulthood. The skin is a reflection of our health and our lifestyle. It is therefore important to adopt a healthy lifestyle to have healthy skin.

Tip #1: Exercise 

Play sports ! Sports activity is good for your health in general, so it is not surprising that it is also good for your skin. Doing sports will help to evacuate all the toxins accumulated under the skin through perspiration. This will also lead to good blood circulation and cell renewal.Tip

Tip 2: drink

Try to drink as much water as possible, and those, every day. Water is essential to keep the skin deeply hydrated. 

Tip 3: cleanse the skin 

Cleanse your skin every night before going to bed. Even if you haven't applied makeup, and even if you're tired from your long day, it's important to do so. The skin is in contact with pollution, bacteria and dirt throughout the day. It is enough to touch your face, which we all do a lot every day, for our skin to need a good deep cleansing. 

Tip #4: Exfoliate 

Exfoliate your skin regularly, at least every fortnight. Exfoliating will eliminate dead cells, unify the skin and make it softer.

Tip #5: Protect 

Protect yourself from UV rays. The sun is the skin's worst enemy. The sun's rays can cause the appearance of wrinkles, burns or even skin cancer. Apply a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. 

Tip 6: Take a beauty break 

Detox without cosmetics. Indeed, 24 hours without applying products to your skin will do it the greatest good. It will thus be able to eliminate toxins in an optimal way, and will promote cell regeneration. You will see the next day that your skin will look healthier and more radiant.

Tip 7: Do a facial sauna 

When your skin is not well, test the facial sauna! It will unclog your pores wonderfully. Boil hot water and place it in a bowl, add 2 drops of lavender essential oils and 2 drops of lemon essential oils. Place your face on top for 3 minutes, putting a towel over your head to lock in the heat. Sweating will evacuate all the toxins accumulated on the skin, and cleanse your face. 

Tip n°8: Take care of the neck 

Don't forget to take care of your neck and décolleté. These are extensions of the face and these areas are therefore just as fragile as it is. Don't forget to hydrate them, and protect them from the sun's rays.

Tip n°9: Pay attention to the eye area 

Nor go too strong with the eye contour. This particularly delicate area deserves a lot of care. This is where the first fine lines and dark circles form. So even if you have an irrepressible urge to rub your eyes. Use a cold water compress instead, which will do just as well.

Tip 10: Don't wear too much perfume 

Perfume yourself lightly during the summer. Perfumes are mostly made up of alcohol, which does not go well with the sun. Nasty stains can come on the skin because the rays of the sun burn the alcohol of the perfume. So simply opt for a summer perfume that does not include alcohol.
